"The MCAA Academy Mentoring program" is the new pilot programme for MCAA members that connects mentors with mentees interested in fields in the public sector, including policy, education, healthcare, and beyond, fostering professional growth and personal development. As an MC Alumni I feel the responsability and the privilege to contribute as a Mentor in a great program tailored to help young scientists. It is a way for me to give back something to the MC action that had such a positive impact in my life. I hope to contribute meaningfully to the task I was entrusted with.
